If we fail to meet the guaranteed delivery date you will have 2 options for a refund.

Option 1.) We will refund 100% of your order total but you will not receive any products.

Option 2.) We refund the Rush Service amount of $100 back to you.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order in the allotted 2 week period, you will need to let us know which refund option you prefer. Purchase of the RUSH Service is acceptance of this policy.
