What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Prices are based on weight, your shipping address and up to the minute pricing directly from our shipping agent.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER.
How long will delivery take?
Your garments are custom created right here in the USA. Because of the fulldye process, your garments can take generally 3-5 weeks for delivery.  We are unable to guarantee shipping times but rest assured, you will love our quality and find the the wait is worth it.  
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We have an SSL security certificate installed on our web host for safety and heavy encryption and none of your credit card details are kept. We also use an offsite 3rd party PCI Compliant online gateway for all transactions through our site as well as AVS and ZIP code matching to help prevent card fraud.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Your order heads directly to one of our artists where they take the needed art, any customizations and put them into the proper template/s.  Your order then moves into our printing facility where the templates are printed out on transfer paper.  These then move into cutting and press where the artwork is transferred to fabric and then on to sewing where each piece of the garment is put together to create the end product. 
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
As soon as your order is placed, an auto generated email is sent to the you via the email you used to sign up and create an online account with on http://mojo-usa.com
