YOU MAY ONLY REQUEST A SIZING KIT IF YOU HAVE BOTH APPROVED ARTWORK ON FILE AND A PRODUCT PAGE HAS BEEN DEVELOPED FOR YOUR TEAM/GROUP.
ATTENTION COACHES!
When it becomes your team’s turn in line for a kit to go out, you will receive a phone call from our office to verify the address and
to get a credit card # on file. This card will NOT be charged. It is held in the case of a LOST or DAMAGED kit.
The fee for the replacement kit is 600.00. The amount of time that you are permitted to keep the kit is 10 days from the date the kit ARRIVES at your location.
If the kit is not returned by the deadline, we will be in touch with you to let you know that a 20.00 “PER DAY” fee will be charged to your card on file.
Mojo USA will cover the fee to ship the kit to your location, the customer will be required to pay the shipping fee to return the kit to MOJO.
PS. Keep in mind that Mojo USA will not refund or exchange any product due to sizing issues from team’s that do not utilize a size kit.
If you are an ADULT sports team, please contact our office (740-702-6656) for info on product sizing. We do not send size kits out to Adult teams.
